By purchasing, activating, scanning, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

QR CONTACT provides QR code stickers designed for vehicles, child seats, and related uses. When scanned, the QR code allows anonymous communication between the scanner and the registered owner without revealing phone numbers. Features may include: • Anonymous two way messaging • Predefined and custom alert options • Owner enable and disable controls • Message rate limiting • Real time notifications • Optional emergency contact direct call feature QR CONTACT is not an emergency service provider.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province, territory, or state to activate a QR code. By using the Service, you confirm that: • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement • All information you provide is accurate and current

Activation requires account registration. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep login credentials secure • Maintain updated contact details • Accept responsibility for activity under your account We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure account credentials.

QR CONTACT is designed to prioritize privacy. • Owner phone numbers are not displayed to scanners • Scanner phone numbers are not displayed to owners • Personal information is not publicly shared • Location data is not publicly displayed For Canadian users, personal information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws. For U.S. users, personal information is handled in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Harass, threaten, or abuse • Send spam or prank messages • Engage in unlawful activity • Impersonate another individual • Distribute malicious links or harmful content • Interfere with system security We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

QR CONTACT is not a substitute for emergency services. The Service: • Does not contact law enforcement • Does not contact medical services • Does not guarantee message delivery • Does not guarantee response time In life threatening situations, users must contact 911 or local emergency services immediately.

Users are responsible for: • Proper installation • Ensuring visibility and scannability • Testing functionality after activation We are not responsible for: • Improper installation • Reduced scannability due to tint, glare, or dirt • Damage to vehicles • Failure to maintain active service

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice. If subscription features are introduced: • Billing may occur monthly or annually • You authorize recurring charges • Failure to pay may result in deactivation

Physical Products: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Activated QR codes and digital services are non refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR CONTACT shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits or revenue • Property damage • Personal injury • Failure of message delivery • Service interruptions Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All branding, software, designs, and system architecture are the exclusive property of QR CONTACT. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms • Abuse the Service • Engage in unlawful conduct Upon termination, dynamic QR functionality may cease.

For Canadian users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable province and the federal laws of Canada. For U.S. users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable state.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
