REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from QR CONTACT. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Physical Products

QR CONTACT offers a 7-day return window for physical products. To be eligible for a refund: • The request must be submitted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery. • The product must be unused. • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. • Proof of purchase is required. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. QR CONTACT reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.

2. Activated QR Codes and Digital Services

Once a QR code has been activated, linked to an account, or used in any capacity, the associated digital service is considered delivered and consumed. Activated QR codes and related digital services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances: • Improper installation or placement of the QR sticker • Reduced scannability caused by tint, glare, dirt, damage, or environmental factors • Failure to monitor or access email notifications • Service interruptions outside our reasonable control • Change of mind after activation or use

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact: Email: info@qrcontact.ca Your request must include: • Full name • Order number • Reason for the refund request • Photographs of the product, if applicable QR CONTACT may request additional information to verify eligibility.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact QR CONTACT before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services or additional recovery actions where permitted by law.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian or United States consumer protection laws.
